It Never Hurts to Get Local Coverage When Displaying Art in the Community!
Since the end of November, 2018, some of my work has been on display at our favorite neighborhood pizza place, Showtime Pizzeria. Many local businesses support artists by giving space to them. It’s nice to keep work up locally while still doing shows as a vendor and museum exhibits especially when I’m the only one in my area that creates Native American art imagery.
One of our local papers ran an article on the exhibit, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to editor Erik Chalhoub of Aptos Life for the coverage.
The exhibit will be on display at 7960 Soquel Dr., Suite E in Aptos, CA 95003, until February 28th, 2019 and it showcases Southwestern clay masks, Native American clay masks, powwow dancer photo portraits, serigraphs and mixed media works.
