Becky Olvera Schultz to Display Art at Native American Trade Feast in Novato

Becky will be a vendor at the Museum of the American Indian’s Native American Trade Feast, which is celebrating their 50th year.

Museum of the American Indian is one of the museum’s where Becky had an exhibit a few years back, Masks of the Americas. She will have a booth displaying her photography, art t-shirts, masks, native pride caps, beadwork, shields, native flags and much more.

The event will be September 16th, Saturday, from 11 am-5 pm at Miwok Park which is located at  2200 Novato Blvd. in Novato, CA 94947.

Featured at the event will be several Native American arts and crafts vendors and performances by Red Voices Intertribal Drum, Intertribal Pomo Dancers, Aztec Dancers Kalpulli Anahuak, Hula Manu O’o Dancers, Hoop Dancer Eddie Madril, Miwok Songs and Stories by Alicia Retes, native craft demonstrations, children activities, book signing by Al Striplen, author of Little Deer & the First Flute and tours of the museum.
